Filiz Tokgöz is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in the field of IVF and reproductive medicine. After graduating from Istanbul Şişli Etfal Health Vocational High School in 1993–1994, she began her professional career in healthcare. During the early years of her career, she worked as a midwife, delivery room supervisor, and charge nurse in general surgery.

In 1999, she joined the IVF department at Istanbul German Hospital, where she specialized in assisted reproductive technologies. Since 2003, she has held managerial positions at various IVF centers, playing an active role in overseeing clinical operations and coordinating patient care.

Throughout her career, Filiz Tokgöz has been involved in the establishment, organization, and management of IVF centers. She has gained significant expertise in international patient coordination, treatment planning, patient communication, and multidisciplinary team management.

Today, Filiz Tokgöz oversees every stage of the IVF and fertility treatment journey, providing comprehensive guidance and support before, during, and after treatment. She also leads the patient coordination team, ensuring that every patient receives personalized, compassionate, and well-organized care. Her goal is to help patients complete their fertility journey with confidence, comfort, and the highest standard of professional support.
