Şerife Çeter is an experienced International Patient Coordinator who has been working in the healthcare sector since 2015, following a professional career in the service industry that began in 2001. She is dedicated to guiding patients through every stage of their fertility journey, ensuring they receive personalized support and a seamless treatment experience.

She began her healthcare career as a Patient Services Representative at MLP Healthcare Group (Medical Park). Since 2018, she has specialized exclusively in the field of IVF and Reproductive Medicine, working closely with Dr. Zehra Onar to coordinate treatment processes and provide comprehensive patient care.

Throughout the treatment journey, Şerife works closely with patients by organizing personalized treatment plans, coordinating appointments, managing travel and accommodation arrangements for international patients, and ensuring that every step of the process is carefully planned and communicated. She is committed to providing both practical guidance and compassionate support, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment.

Şerife Çeter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Near East University. She also completed Associate Degree programs in Foreign Trade and Veterinary Laboratory Technology at Anadolu University. Her multidisciplinary educational background has strengthened her communication, organizational, and patient management skills.

She is fluent in Turkish and Kurdish and has an intermediate level of English, enabling her to effectively assist both local and international patients.
