International Patient Coordinator

 

Merve Gürsoy is an International Patient Coordinator with a background in psychology, dedicated to supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. She graduated from the Department of Psychology (English Program) at Near East University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the same university.

She began her career in the healthcare sector, gaining experience in patient relations, patient communication, process management, and patient satisfaction. Since January 2025, she has been working as an International Patient Coordinator at Hope IVF, where she plays an active role in supporting international patients throughout every stage of their treatment.

Providing services in both Turkish and English, Merve coordinates the treatment journeys of patients from Türkiye and around the world. She assists with treatment planning, pre-treatment consultations, appointment coordination, and ongoing patient communication, ensuring that patients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process.

With her academic background in psychology, Merve has a strong understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of fertility treatment. She believes that IVF is not only a medical journey but also an emotional one, and she is committed to offering compassionate guidance and reassurance to every patient.

Her goal is to help patients fully understand their treatment process while ensuring they feel confident, supported, and cared for at every stage of their fertility journey.
